SA Labs offers an array of microbiological and chemical services including EO, radiation and steam sterilization validations, sterility testing, quantitative bioburden and microbial assessments of medical devices, pharmaceutical preparations, water and fresh produce, also heterotrophic plate counts of water and other solutions for hemodialysis. SA Labs offers analytical services for sterile devices including EO Residuals and Endotoxin testing. SA Labs is ISO-17025:2017 accredited.

Sterilization Validation

Sterilization ValidationSA Labs provides turn-key sterilization validation services for radiation sterilization, ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization and steam sterilization, completing your validation from protocol preparation through the final report. Alternately, three examples of how we can assist in the performance of parts of your sterilization validation are:

  • by providing product and BI sterility testing for EO and steam sterilization validations
  • quantitative bioburden testing and verification dose sterility testing for a radiation validation
