    SA Labs offers an array of microbiological and chemical services including EO, radiation and steam sterilization validations, sterility testing, quantitative bioburden and microbial assessments of medical devices, pharmaceutical preparations, water and fresh produce, also heterotrophic plate counts of water and other solutions for hemodialysis. SA Labs also provides NIST traceable calibration services and offers analytical services for sterile devices including EO Residuals and Endotoxin testing.

Calibration Services

Calibration services are provided for temperature, relative humidity and pressure for a fraction of what other commercial metrology labs charge for the same services.  SA Labs reference devices are all traceable to NIST.

Temperature and relative humidity calibration services are performed in our Thunder Scientific Humidity Generator.  This instrument provides some of the most accurate simultaneous temperatures (± 0.05°C) and relative humidity (± 0.4%) of any reference device.  An SA Labs official Certificate of Calibration is provided for all calibration services upon completion, listing “as received” and “as calibrated” data according to the client’s specifications.

We can calibrate most brands of self-contained temperature, relative humidity and pressure dataloggers in addition to most thermocouples, RTDs, thermistors and recording hygrometers, including those made by Datatrace®, Dickson®, Omega® and Fluke®.
